Refund policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You must return the item within 7 days of your receipt.

Please email customerservice@inurcirkalbrand.com with your order number and reason/s for return/exchange.

(Please allow up to 21 days to process returns.)

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please be mindful of perfumes, deodorants, lotions and make-up when trying on merchandise, as they can cause permanent damage.

Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
